Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the terms below.

1) Returns Window
You may request a return within [7/14] days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

2) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened/used: underwear, cosmetics/beauty products, perfume/fragrances, and any personalized/custom-made items. Gift cards are non-refundable.

3) How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@elaissaoui.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

4) Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are: FREE.
Original shipping fees are: REFUNDABLE unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect).

5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X] business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@elaissaoui.com with photos. We will make it right.

7) Exchanges
We currently offer: EXCHANGES.  
If exchanges are allowed, contact us at contact@elaissaoui.com and we will provide next steps.

8) Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we may refund the order minus shipping/handling costs once the package is returned and inspected.
